Healthy skin doesn’t only make a person look good but makes him feel good as well. A skin lesion may be the result of a poor diet, stress or inadequate sleep. It could also be a symptom for a more serious or chronic illness. This is the reason why everybody wants to be informed of proper skin care.
Most dermatologists would suggest the following skin care tips:
~Wear sunblock everyday
~Protect the sensitive skin around the eyes by wearing sunglasses
~Do not smoke- nicotine causes premature aging
~Get ample sleep
~Never sleep with makeup
~Exercise regularly
~Use warm water instead of hot so as to keep the skin moisturized
~Don’t wash the skin too often – this will strip the skin’s natural oil and moisture
